Can you tell me a little about your coaching programs?

I offer several program options from the basic high definition coaching session to monthly and several month packages. All publicly offered programs max out with a 3-month commitment. The primary variable in all of the programs is the amount of time we work together. The more time we can work together the better.

My current pricing structure is VERY reasonable within the coaching industry. Current rates are subject to change without notice, but current clients will be able to keep the same pricing structure for the max duration of the 3-month timeline before their rates would increase upon renewal. Some clients have opted to sign up for 2-3 consecutive programs for up to a year to lock in the current pricing that is limited based on program availability.

How do your rates differ from those of other coaches?

Let's do a quick comparison... My coaches that I've learned from have shifted their business models from one-on-one personal coaching to varying levels of group coaching programs that range on the low end from $47-$97 (with no personal access) to $15,000-$25,000 for VIP Mastermind Groups (with Mastermind group access a few times a year and limited one-on-one coaching). To get one-on-one, it comes at a high premium for a personal day rate.

By comparison, my one-on-one high definition hour of coaching runs about the cost of a great spa massage and will do a lot more for your business. The highest end program I run is quarterly and it costs about the same as a good seminar plus hotel and travel, but again it is focused one-on-one attention for you and your business development.

Wow, by comparison, your prices seem so reasonable!

I designed my program to give you TIME together and a tailored approach to your business or coaching needs. I priced my program so that price won't be a barrier for you and yet you are paying enough you'll stay motivated and do the work. You've got to "feel it" to stay on course and be committed to it. As an Entrepreneur myself, I know how challenging it is to be looking at several options to move forward in my business and then have to make a decision on which ONE OR TWO to invest.

What has been your personal experience with one-one-one coaching versus seminars?

I happen to love seminars for the intensive learning environment. On average, a three-day seminar costs $1500-$3000 plus flights, car, hotel and food AND time away from my family. So every seminar costs between $2500-$5000 when it is all said and done. Then I come home with all the neurons firing in my brain about how I can do this and that and how wonderful it is going to be, and then... I get back into MY HOME, MY BUSINESS, MY LIFE. I realize it isn't exactly as simple as I thought it was going to be. I get confused about what to do first. Sometimes I've run into a wall with the technology and had to figure out how to get unstuck losing DAYS of time. Most of the time the biggest challenge I have faced has been in taking the information I have learned and tailoring it to my own business model. In hindsight, I've realized that implementing even three of the strategies in the 3-4 MONTHS following a seminar is a huge success.

In contrast, when coaching with my mentors, everything we have done has been tailored to MY BUSINESS MODEL already. Everything we discuss already applies in my business and I know exactly where I need to plug in new things to tweak the existing model, which saves me time, saves me money and saves me energy. Everything I do is tailored to me and my success so I get faster results and make more money in a fraction of the time.

There is a time and a place for both, but I definitely benefit the MOST from one-on-one coaching!

How do we get started?

1. Generally, you pick the package that sounds right to you. Then sign up. It's that simple!
2. Once you have chosen your package, you will be directed to take an online pre-qualifying survey. This prepares me for our first call.

CC, I noticed you don't offer an initial no-cost get acquainted session up front. What happens if we get into that first interview and I don't think there's chemistry or you don't think there's chemistry, but I've just made a serious financial investment?

• I GUARANTEE MY COACHING. If you feel it isn't working or I feel it isn't working and say we're into the second or third month, nothing is written in stone. We can terminate our sessions. If you have paid in full up front, I will refund the remaining payments for the remaining months in the cue, no questions asked. Of course, I would appreciate feedback on what's not working for you in that case. The good news is I haven't ever been asked for a refund on any of my services, so I think the likelihood you'll be more than satisfied with your results is extremely high.
