My name is Christine Cibula. I go by CC. I work with coaches, consultants, entrepreneurs, and solopreneurs assisting them in taking their existing knowledge base and leveraging it through the creation of proprietary information products and services to increase their residual income, so they can work less and make more money.

How long have you been doing what you do and how did you become a Consultant for Enlightened Entrepreneurs?

I'm the "behind the scenes" business consultant. I've spent the last decade working with Corporate Entrepreneurs and Solopreneurs building out their business infrastructure in the form of products and services. The great majority of my clients are also first-generation, self-made multimillionaires. Some are very well known. The products and services I have helped them to build in their businesses have generated significant streams of revenue. My life’s purpose is to help Enlightened Entrepreneurs like you not only uncover but also give birth to your life’s work in this world.

I founded Live Into It International, LLC and have dedicated my life to consulting with Enlightened Entrepreneurs to give birth to their life’s work, thereby changing the world one life at a time. Like snowflakes, we are each designed beautifully in God’s Perfect Order. We are all here to fulfill a special purpose that only we can bring to fruition. I work with Enlightened Entrepreneurs who are service professionals in a wide range of fields. What if you haven’t worked with clients in my field?

That’s okay. I have my Master’s of Science in Organizational Psychology. My training is such that I can use my knowledge, skills, and abilities in a multitude of business environments and around a number of different issues. I’m basically trained to walk into virtually any business environment and see what isn’t working to problem solve and alleviate the drains, as well as how to leverage what is working to maximize your return on your investment.


How are you different than other Business Consultants?

Business life for Enlightened Entrepreneurs doesn’t happen in a box. It is usually a blending of personal, business, and spiritual dynamics all going on at once. My training is in psychology, business, online success, client attraction, project management, business development, manifestation processes, and spiritual healing. I’m always learning and growing, so I bring you a dynamic foundation upon which to draw upon.

While a lot of my colleagues work primarily with women, my practice is about 60% women and 40% men. I believe this is the case, because I work with such high level executives. At the executive level, there are very few people with whom you can talk about your deepest concerns in complete confidentiality and non-disclosure. I think the decade of clinical, counseling, health, and industrial-organizational psychology positioned me as more than just a business consultant in my client’s lives. I am often one of the few, and in some cases the primary confidante in my client’s lives.

My current and former clients appreciate that they can bring all their issues to the table and we can fluidly move through addressing their personal concerns, their business concerns, and strategically problem solve together so they are focused and ready to roll again. Our sessions cover the gamut and you don’t have to take time getting me up to speed. We launch into it and I’m right there with you, masterminding and creating a brain trust so that you can manifest your highest good in the world.

What are the qualities and characteristics of your best clients and what will be expected of me if we decide to work together?

My best clients share a BIG VISION for themselves and their businesses. They are disciplined and consistently take action steps toward their goals. While they can sometimes get discouraged when they are not achieving their desired results, they have a “Never Give Up!” attitude that always prevails. They know what they want to achieve and are in this for the long haul. I have noticed most of my clients are surprisingly tenacious and resilient. They take responsibility for their desired outcomes and they do the work. I do speak my truth with clients and they seem to be able to take it all in and work with it as they grow through challenges, which are truly opportunities for them to grow into the people they need to become to live into the lives they’ve imagined.

What are the qualities and characteristics of clients that are not a good fit?

I really look for the goodness of fit with my clients and to that end I’m very selective about who I work with one-on-one. This is for your benefit as well as mine. My consulting is not a quick fix type of program. We are working together very closely on business building and sustainable growth strategies as well as how to get your message out to the world in a big way.

When clients are in a financial crisis as they are coming in to work with me, I ask them to push a pause button and do a few things first:

1. Find a form of regular employment to take the edge off and stabilize. When clients are in financial crisis, it usually means they haven’t found their sweet spot with clients yet, meaning there is a problem with matching their message to their target market through various forms of media. This process can take some time. You want to have a financial foundation to sustain you until you can successfully move into your practice full time.

2. Be sure to sign up for all the FREE content I offer on the site, especially “101 Simple Strategies To Boost Your Business” offered at the top of this page. I give away some really wonderful information that can help you to grow your business as my complimentary gift to you.

3. I offer some FREE teleseminars that you can listen to in my weekly Live Into It! Ezine. This is a great way to consult with me “virtually” until you are ready to work with me one-on-one.

I also want to be up front with you and share that I don’t work well with clients who talk about what they want to do but are not behaviorally congruent with their desired outcomes. In other words, when a client says he or she wants a desired outcome and then doesn’t take action, makes excuses, complains about everything, and whines about how bad it all is, you can be sure it isn’t going to be a good fit for long. If you tend to blame others for what isn’t working or if you simply want to decompress and “gripe about it” – again not a good fit.

The bottom line is that I am looking to ensure that we have high probability of success as we’re working together, so I look for synergy in our work styles.

How quickly can I expect results from this program?

You can start seeing results within 3 months, but the biggest changes become visible between the third and sixth month. In my experience with project management, a six month timeline is usually what is required to really fine tune a program. This program is less intensive than the VIP Accelerated Intensive
6-Month Consulting program.
